Nino has spent two decades in formal and non-formal education in Georgia, Kuwait, and the United States. She earned her M.Ed. in International Education Policy and Management from Vanderbilt University and a PhD in Comparative and International Education from Lehigh University. Dr. Dzotsenidze is a published author of a dozen academic papers in prominent educational journals.

Lela Iosava, MEd.

Lela is an international education professional who has spent more than a decade of her career as a university teacher, researcher, and consultant. Lela is a recipient of several international scholarship and fellowship awards. She is also a published author in the field of International Education. Lela received her Master of Education from Vanderbilt University and is presently a PhD Candidate at Ilia State University.
